Our bespoke market entry workshops provide an opportunity to learn first-hand from Newfound’s experts, advisors and experienced founders on what it’s like to do business in that market, sharing lessons learned and experience gained.
When designing each workshop specific to your delegate’s needs Newfound will:
Capture the objectives of the delegates i.e. getting set up to succeed, preparing for and accessing investment, talent.
Identify sector specialists to advise delegates on best practice approach to setting up and achieving commercial success.
We tend to find that these sessions work well with smaller groups of people and suggest no more than ten delegates at a time. For larger groups we can organise multiple sessions.
We host in an open table format to allow for knowledge sharing and interaction between delegates and other participants. The most effective sessions run for around 2-2.5 hours.
Following the session we provide a summary of the key takeaways so the knowledge and questions are captured for later reference by delegates.
