A new country manager to lead on UK expansion
Forsite offers a health and safety mobile app that moves building managers away from tracking contractors with more traditional methods like pen and paper or Excel towards cloud-based software providing real-time data to enhance and improve health and safety.
Co-founded by Simon Yock and Scott McKenzie in New Zealand in 2016, Forsite had identified the UK as the next market and engaged Newfound to build the beachhead and conduct the search for its first person on the ground to set up a UK sales presence.

We conducted a UK-wide search to find sales leaders with deep knowledge of software sales to the property sector, who could lead the market entry, build pipeline and close deals. Producing a shortlist within four weeks, Newfound then successfully managed the offer process to hire Guy Adderley, the new country manager.
